Refund & Return Policy

Overview

At NIQABIANS GALLERY, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item remains unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and personal-use reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Nikab

  • Hijab and personal wear items

  • Perfume (Ator) after opening or use

  • Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer

  • Clearance or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Product photos

  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or mobile banking account.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly shipped

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), NIQABIANS GALLERY will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy.
